A federal appeals court ruled today that the ban on sex toy sales in Mississippi is not unconstitutional. The appeals court rejected a lawsuit filed by a sex toy store in Mississippi after two of its employees were arrested and all of its merchandise taken. What does this mean? You can’t buy a sex toy in Mississippi, but you can buy a gun.

Do you live in Georgia, Texas, or Louisiana? There are also restrictions on sex toys sales in your state as well, punishable by a year in prison. If you can prove the toys are for “novelty” use only, then you may be off the hook.

It makes me sad that legislators would feel the need to regulate what we do in the privacy of our own bedrooms (and kitchens, and cars, etc) because they have decided that vibrators and butt toys are offensive to them. Well, at least there’s mail order!

It seems too good to be true. A British company called Tabooboo has pink vending machines that are all the rage in clubs in London. The machines sell 11 different toys that sell for an average of around $10.00. This article says that the company has shipped 10 machines to the United States. Has anyone seen one?
