		<description>Absolutely. I wasn&#039;t saying the CDC is perfect - far from it. In fact, this is one of the only things they&#039;ve done right in the past few years. I was a little surprised, frankly.

The fact that gay men cannot donate blood infuriates me. It&#039;s a rediculous rule based on old and innacurate data. It should be changed. 

Speaking of CDC statistics and mapping, there are other things they don&#039;t do well either. They&#039;re mapping of how HIV is aquired as well as what your sexuality and gender get marked as are all screwed up. They need a serious overhaul but it doesn&#039;t look like that&#039;s going to happen anytime soon.</description>
