					<description>Absolutely. I wasn't saying the CDC is perfect - far from it. In fact, this is one of the only things they've done right in the past few years. I was a little surprised, frankly.

The fact that gay men cannot donate blood infuriates me. It's a rediculous rule based on old and innacurate data. It should be changed. 

Speaking of CDC statistics and mapping, there are other things they don't do well either. They're mapping of how HIV is aquired as well as what your sexuality and gender get marked as are all screwed up. They need a serious overhaul but it doesn't look like that's going to happen anytime soon.</description>
