It’s time for another installment of my mini-protest against Protection From Pornography week. Check out the previous posts to learn more about what we’re doing here and if you’ve seen some porn recently, tell us about it!

In keeping with the Halloween spirit I decided to watch a film that’s not creepy but does have great costumes, special effects, and swashbuckling…. you guessed it – Pirates. This film was the Titanic of porn – it swept the AVN awards and everyone was talking about it.

I really enjoyed Pirates because the plot was interesting and most of the acting was good. That’s something you don’t see very often. Plus, there were pirates. There were also many different pairings of people for the sex scenes and a little variety never hurts. And pirates. Also, Janine is in this movie. She’s been in the business for a long time and she’s not only hot, but she’s great to watch. So were the pirates. I know I’m going to be finding everything I can get my hands on of hers now.

To get to the best parts of Pirates, you have to watch till the end. There are two scenes with Janine (a boy/girl scene and a girl/girl scene) that are the best parts of the movie – hands down. In the last scene, there’s even a creative use of candles. I felt like the two girls couldn’t wait to get at each other and that’s what makes it hot for me. Oh, I almost forgot about another girl/girl scene that can’t be missed (it has pirates watching and shouting Huzzah!)
The other great thing about this movie is that it comes with a bloopers and behind the scenes DVD. This shows the stars having fun and loving their jobs. It makes what I’m watching so much hotter.
