I don&amp;#8217;t know yet whether it&amp;#8217;s only unconstitutional in the 6th circuit and when it goes into effect. If anyone has that information let me know. In the mean time, here&amp;#8217;s a slightly lawyerly but very clear explanation of what happened with quotes from the justices&amp;#8217; opinions.
