Supreme Court Denies Alabama Sex Toys

We all knew it would happen but it still stings a little. The Supreme Court refused to hear a 9 year old case involving whether or not Alabama has the right to sell sex toys. Because they won’t hear the case, the law stands and it is illegal to purchase a vibrator or a dildo in Alabama.
Boing Boing cited an AP article on this which had the best quote I’ve ever seen and basically is exactly how I feel.
“My motto has been they are going to have to pry this vibrator from my cold, dead hand. I refuse to give up,”
Indeed.
