Babeland in Brooklyn!
Have you heard the rumors? Maybe if you live in New York you haven’t, but the buzz all around town recently is that Babeland is going to open a store in Brooklyn. And… it’s true!
We’re planning on opening sometime around May in Park Slope on Bergen Street. The news broke first on Brownstoner and quickly spread through the local New York media including the NYPress, New York Magazine and the NYPost. Apparently they interviewed two unhappy Park Slope moms and decided that the area didn’t want sex toys. But, as Gothamist points out, clearly this is not the case.
We’re going to have a lot of great programs geared towards the neighborhood since Claire Cavanah, founder of Babeland, is a long-time Park Slope resident and mom!
I haven’t seen the location yet so I can’t answer any questions about size yet but I do know that it will be filled with sex toy goodness.

Claire is a mom? Where the hell have I been? That’s as awesome as the new location. That’s very exciting about Babeland in Brooklyn - looking forward to visiting the new store!
