		<description>That&#039;s a complicated question. In some senses, you can treat the outcomes of stigma (depression, low self esteem, etc) in an individual person. Treating stigma itself is going to mean actually changing the way we think about stigmatized people in society so that they are no longer stigmatized. 

Basically, if you&#039;re looking to help people who have been stigmatized, there&#039;s therapy, and there&#039;s changing the social environment.</description>
