That is, it can be if you take too much Viagra. A man in Moscow died after a 12 hour “orgy” which he apparently got through by taking way too many Viagra pills.

Police say 2 women bet their friend Sergey Tuganov that he couldn’t keep up with them during a 12-hour sex marathon.

The prize, $4,300.

Tuganov took the bet and decided to boost his chances of winning by downing a bottle of Viagra.

It worked.  He won the wager.

But just minutes later, the 28-year-old mechanic died of a heart attack, Moscow police said.

Note to self: 12 hour sex should only be had under ones own power. And maybe the assistance of some quality sex toys.

We’re still feeling really excited about the release of The New Romantix here at Babeland. As part of the celebration, I asked the director, Max Royale, to talk a little bit about the film:

Where did you get the idea for the interview aspect of the film?

I did a brief stint in LA some years back working on an adult production, and as I was going through the process I noticed that the women we were filming were nothing like what turned up on the screen. After watching a really cool woman have sex on camera, I started to think “why doesn’t she come across like that?”. At that point I started analyzing Adult films and to find out what was missing. My conclusion was that the Adult Film industry for the most part lacks the understanding of what makes good porn good. So I made it my personal quest to come up with something different, that and the fact I actually like the women I shoot. The interview process came naturally from that.

What else makes The New Romantix different from other porn out there?

A lot of things. One that comes to mind is that I only shoot women, not girls. We all know the difference between someone who’s exploring themselves and someone who absolutely owns themselves. I seek out these people exclusively. This makes for a honest and engaging dialog between the model, myself, and the viewer.

Another is that I make sure the people I’m shooting are not in it for the wrong reasons like drugs, abuse, money, etc. To make sure of this I send out a lengthy questionnaire and interview the models extensively before deciding whether or not to shoot them.

Also, the models themselves partake in the process from the beginning. Whenever possible I try to recreate their fantasies, including locations and even building sets in my SF studio.
