Go to a mall and make out!
Wednesday, February 4th, 2009A Texas woman and her girlfriend were arrested in a San Antonio mall for what they say was a kiss on the cheek. Mall security says the women re-entered the mall after being asked to leave but the couple says they were just sitting on a bench when one gave the other a kiss. Mall security then proceeded to harrass them and accuse them of “swapping spit”.
This is ridiculous – it’s based on fear and inane rules that are enforced in a discriminatory fashion. What can we do about it? Make out in malls. Especially the Rolling Oaks Mall in San Antonio.
We could call it, the Great National Mall Make-Out and anyone – everyone could go to a mall and make out. Straight, gay, it doesn’t matter, watch security try and throw you out when you’re surrounded by other couples doing the same thing.
I live in New York and thus, not near any malls but it would be worth a shot…

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a horrible letter writer. I’m more than willing to dash out an an e-mail but somehow, when I sit down to put pen to paper, everything I write seems silly.
