I really need to nitpick here… The Canadian Prime Minister did not call for the regulation of sex toys. I think hell would freeze over before anybody in the ruling Conservative government would propose this. It was a Liberal MP (Member of Parliament) who has raised this issue and I think she’s wonderful for doing so. I for one will be contacting my MP and supporting the issue!

Thanks for nitpicking – sorry I got the politician wrong.
I actually agree that it’s a great idea – we need regulation the kind of sex toy regulation that prevents harmful chemicals from getting into our toys, which is the kind of regulation this MP proposed. Obviously, the kind of regulation we have in the states which attempts to ban toys is bad and we don’t support that.
